Spanish style yellow rice

  • ▢2½ cups of water or chicken broth.
  • ▢One egg onion.
  • ▢Oil.

Instructions

  • Place the water or broth in a pot and bring to medium heat.
  • Add the salt, pepper, oil, teaspoon of turmeric or saffron, finely chopped garlic, and onion.
  • When the water boils, add the rice and potato (if you use them) and stir.
  • When the water has dried, lower the heat.
  • Cover the pot and cook until the rice is ready. Approximately 20 to 25 minutes. And ready.
